Submitting AHIP Training to WellCare U!
– Scenario 1: NO changes need to be made to your WellCare University ID in your AHIP profile: Use the co-branded WellCare/AHIP link to access and complete the training.
– Scenario 2: Changes NEED to be made to your WellCare University ID in your AHIP profile: 1. Use the co-branded WellCare/AHIP link to access and complete the training, 2. Update your WellCare University ID in your AHIP profile and save the changes, 3. Access and complete the training.
– For ALL agents IMMEDIATELY following completion of training:
A “Completion Transmission” page will show and confirm automatic submission to WellCare University. See the confirmation screen shot below:
