How to Get Certified
Certification modules are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week on Jarvis, UnitedHealthcare's new Medicare Solutions center. After logging in, click on "Knowledge Center" in the blue menu near the top of the page. Select "Certifications" under "Training" in the drop-down menu to access the certifications center.
Once you pass all three prerequisite tests (Medicare Basics, Ethics and Compliance, and AARP), you will complete the product tests that meet your needs. You will have six attempts to complete an assessment (including prerequisite and product tests) with a passing score of 85% or higher.

You can also order supplies from UnitedHealthcare by visiting their sales and marketing portal. After logging in, select "Sales and Marketing Tools" in the blue menu near the top. Then click "Sales Materials" from the drop-down menu to navigate to the sales materials portal.
Where to Access Electronic Applications
LEAN is UnitedHealthcare's electronic enrollment system. It is designed to reduce paperwork, speed the processing of enrollment applications and get your commissions to you faster. LEAN supports all Medicare Products and Plans.
After logging in to https://uhcjarvis.com/, you can launch LEAN by selecting "Enrollment" from the blue menu near the top of the page and selecting "LEAN" under "Enrollment Tool" in the drop-down menu.
How to Access Your Commission Status
You can search for your commission status by using UnitedHealthcare's Commission Search feature on their website. You can find this feature by logging into Jarvis and selecting "Commission Search".
