How to Get Certified With Humana
Starting in early June, new agents can begin certifying to sell Humana products. Returning agents can begin the certification process mid June.
To check your certifications, log into Vantage, Humana's Agent Portal. Click "Licensing, Certification and Contracts" (on the left below the welcome message), and then choose "Certifications" on the side menu on the left. Here you can view, renew, or get certifications.
Where to Access Humana's Electronic Applications
To access Humana's electronic applications, look under "Quote and Enroll" on the Vantage welcome page. In this section, you will be able to enter online enrollment, access MAPA downloads, view the statuses of applications, and more.
How to Access Your Commission Status
You can find your commission status by looking under "Commissions" on the Vantage welcome page. Next click "Commission Statement Portal", the first option in this section. This takes you to your compensation statements where you can view your commission statements, specialty bonus statements, leaders club statements, commission tier, prior statements, etc.
How to Find the List of Covered Drugs
Use Humana's search tool to look up a specific drug you need. It will tell you whether the drug is covered by Humana and provide alternatives and generics. Or you can print out the full list of drugs covered by Humana, called the Prescription Drug Guide. Select from the options below to download and print.
If you have Group Medicare through your employer, please refer to the Prescription Drug Guide (PDG) section of your Evidence of Coverage (EOC) document to find your plan type.
How to Find the Right Provider
Having a doctor that is your primary care physician, or PCP, is an important part of living a healthy and happy life. Your client's PCP is their partner for general health and for sickness and injury. You can order supplies from Humana by searching for the materials you need under "Sales and Marketing" on the Vantage welcome page.
