Once you are registered for the 2021 Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) training in the BlueCross Learning Management System (LMS). Please complete your MAPD coursework as soon as possible in order to be ready to sell beginning October 1, 2021.

- Click Agents on the top right section of the homepage
- Click Agents for Individuals and Small Group Businesses (2-50 Lives)
- Locate the Tools and Resources section and click Learning Management System (LMS)
- Click Learning Management System
- Log in using the following information:
- Login Credential: your National Producer Number (NPN)
- Password: P@ssword1
- Click Login.
Note: You will be prompted to change your password the first time you log in.
- Access your required training under Transcripts
Please allow a minimum of 2-3 business days to receive access to the products via MyBusiness Manager once your training has been completed.
