It is the last week of AEP for 2022, so we wanted to reach out and talk to our agent partners about a couple last minute reminders.
AEP Ends Tuesday December 7, 2021. Make sure all applications are submitted and processed correctly no later than 11:59 pm on December 7th.
You missed out!
First and foremost, we want to thank each and every one of you for doing such great job this year. It's been a really incredible AEP so far. We have less than one week to go, so we want to ensure that we finish on a strong note the way that we started.
Keep an eye out for emails from the carriers
We want to express the importance of making sure that you get information to carriers when they request it for missing information on applications. Because of the time sensitive nature of this last week, we don't want anything to be held up. Keep an eye out for emails from the carriers asking for RFI or missing information.
Also, it's good practice to check the carrier portals and look at your book of business. If you see something missing where you're expecting a client to have a plan, and you're not seeing it, that's a good reminder to a follow up.
Go ahead and rewrite that application while you can. Keep in mind it's last app in, so there's still an opportunity to earn. If someone had looked at a plan ,you have that opportunity to follow up and be able to earn that business.
Take advantage of these commissions and bonuses that are going on right now. We're seeing agents that are qualifying for bonus checks (not commission checks) from written business with these supplements in the $10,000 to $20,000 range. It's incredible.
It is the last month of our fourth quarter bonuses with Medicare supplements. We have unbelievable bonuses that are going out with these carriers. In some cases, $300 bonus per app. Now it's going to vary by state and by product, but we have a page on our website that discusses that in detail for each carrier as well.
Finish this AEP with a BANG
We really like to be able to finish this AEP with the bang. We're still rolling, and we want to make sure that everyone is getting an opportunity to take advantage of these commissions and bonuses. We're seeing agents that are qualifying for bonus checks (not commission
checks) from written business with these supplements in the $10,000 to $20,000 range. It's incredible.
You don't have to write 150 apps to be able to take advantage of this. In some instances, it's a single underwritten piece of business that qualifies you for a bonus.
