Step 1- Open your welcome email & click on the link.
It will look like this:

Congratulations on completing STEP (1) of the 2016 Gateway Health Certification! For the next STEP (2), click on the log in below and complete the (REQUIRED) course titled 2016 Gateway Health Product Training (REQUIRED). Review and complete your assessment with a score of 85% or greater and we will be notified. You will receive a Welcome email with instructions for STEP (3). Please see your user information below and click on the link. An account has been created for you on the GatewayHealthPlan training platform.

Step 2 – Profile/Password

You can create your own password but it must be 8 characters in length. Be sure to remember it in case you need to retake the quiz.

Step 3 – Welcome Screen

You will see the Welcome Screen. Click on Course library to access the module.

Step 4 – Begin the Course

Step 5 – Course Completion

After completing the course and quiz, you should receive your score and one of the two screens below:

Follow these steps to retake the course if you do not pass on the first try. To immediately retake the course, simply exit the module. Once you hit “Exit” you will be returned to the course library and can click on the 2016 Gateway Health Product Training module. If the status is showing as “in progress” you will be asked if you want to resume where you left off. Choose NO.

If you are going to retake at another time in the future, use the link from your email to go back to the testing site. You will see this screen. Enter your user name (your email address) and the password you created, then click on Login.

If you get the Resume question “Would you like to resume where you left off?”

Choose NO to go to the beginning of the module and you can start over.
