Last week, we had the opportunity to host a powerful technology training with Integrity technology expert Anna Patrick. The session focused on two essential Tidewater technology platforms: IntegrityCONNECT and CSG Actuarial.

As Anna shared during the training, “This platform is truly designed to help save you time and sell more.” Even in times of industry disruption, leveraging the right technology sets agents up for long-term success.

With October 15 on the horizon, now is the time to prepare. Familiarizing yourself with these tools today ensures you can hit the ground running when the busy season begins.

Below is a full breakdown of the key features discussed and step-by-step guidance on how to use them effectively.

IntegrityCONNECT: Built to Streamline and Grow Your Business

1. Start with the Basics: Optimize Your Agent Profile

Before quoting or enrolling in IntegrityCONNECT, make sure your account is fully set up:

How to update your profile:

  1. Click your profile picture or name
  2. Navigate to “Agent Profile”
  3. Upload a professional headshot (this appears on your personal agent website)
  4. Add your bio, agency name, and office location
  5. Select your product preferences (Life, Health, Wealth/Annuities coming soon)

Note: It is optional to add your headshot, but we highly recommend it because your headshot helps clients connect a face to your name, keeping you top of mind and building trust.

2. Your Personalized Agent Website

As an IntegrityCONECT user, every agent receives a personalized 100% compliant website called “PlanEnroll Agent Website“.

Key benefits:

  • Easily shareable via email signature or QR code
  • Displays only the Medicare Advantage plans you’re ready to sell
  • Hides non-commissionable plans from client self-enrollment
  • Allows clients to quote and enroll compliantly

You can still personally enroll clients into non-commissionable plans within the platform; they just won’t appear for client self-quoting.

Additionally, you are provided a personal agent business phone number where:

  • Calls are automatically routed and recorded
  • Recording are stored in the platform
  • AI-powered “Ask Integrity” can summarize calls for you

3. ClientSync: Prepare Before the Appointment

ClientSync is integrated into your agent website.

How it works:

  1. Click “Get Synced”
  2. Select Life or Health
  3. Send to your client
  4. The client enters their information and hits continue
  5. Their health data pre-fills and updates in their contact record

This ensures appointments are efficient and information is accurate before you even sit down with clients.

4. Setting Up Selling Permissions

Health Permissions

  • Automatically populated based on Tidewater carrier files
  • Displays only carriers you are contracted with through Tidewater
  • Enables quoting, enrollment, and book-of-business tracking

Life Permissions

  • Must be manually attested
  • Carriers do not auto-update life permissions
  • Required before quoting life products

5. Import and Organize Clients

Don’t wait until AEP to import and organize your clients. Preparation now prevents stress later.

Import your clients and their personal information – such as email, phone number, and ZIP code directly into the dashboard for quoting. Once you’ve completed this step, you’ll see your clients displayed on an interactive map. This map is especially useful for planning appointments and managing your schedule efficiently. You can now also filter clients by carrier, interaction history, cross-ell opportunities, and more. Plus, you can create unlimited custom tags to organize your book of business in a way that works best for you!

Within the client record, you can also:

  • Send Scope of Appointment forms
  • Send reminders
  • View policies written through IntegrityCONNECT
  • Access stored client prescriptions, pharmacies, providers, and health conditions

Importantly, please note that you own your own data. Integrity does not contract your clients – only you do.

6. Ask Integrity

Ask Integrity is your virtual assistant inside the platform which can:

Summarize:

  • Client profiles
  • Recorded calls

Plan Insights:

  • Plans available in a county
  • New plans for the year
  • Terminated plans
  • Star ratings
  • Benefit links
  • Disruption analysis

Carrier Resources:

  • Contracting
  • Member services
  • Trainings
  • Carrier support

7. Quoting Final Expense

You can quote Final Expense within a client profile.

Steps:

  1. Open a client record
  2. Click “Start Quote”
  3. Select Life – Final Expense
  4. Enter client details
  5. Continue to quote

The system will:

  • Prescreen eligibility
  • Default to $15,000 coverage (adjustable)
  • Default to best available coverage (you can switch to Guaranteed Issue)
  • Display carrier options and monthly premiums

More than Enrollment: Partner Discounts & Savings

Quoting with CSG Actuarial

CSG Acturial is the platform used for Medicare Supplement and ancillary quoting.

Important Note: CSG and IntegrityCONNECT do not share data.

Running a Quote

  1. Enter client name, ZIP code, and relevant information (you don’t have to create a contact record in CSG to run a quote)
  2. Click “Get Quote”

CSG displays 100% of the market, so ensure you are offering only carriers you are contracted with.

Each quote shows:

  • Monthly premium
  • Household discount availability and percentage
  • Discount type
  • Effective date
  • Years in market
  • Rating class

On the left-hand side of this screen, you can also apply discounts instantly, view annual rates, and access market analysis.

Plan Comparisons

You can compare up to 5 plans side by side.

How:

  1. Click the checkmark box on the far right of a plan
  2. The bar turns green
  3. Repeat to add up to five plans
  4. Select “Compare Quotes”

This makes it easy to present clear, professional comparisons to clients.
