The times that we recommend are suggestions and it is advisable to check your platform's analytics for other optimal times to post content for your personal social media sites.
When pushing to push content on Facebook, it is suggested that you post between 6 and 9 PM and 12 PM - 3 PM. The evening and afternoons is when most viewers are going to see content. Fridays and Saturdays are great days to get traction on Facebook but Sunday has the potential to get less visibility for your post.
We recommend to put up post on Instagram from mid to late evening and mid to late afternoon, specifically from 6 PM - 9 PM, 12 PM - 3 PM, and 3 PM - 6 PM. Saturdays are a good day to post while Mondays have the potential to get less traffic.
LinkedIn has the potential do well from 9 - 12 PM, 12 - 3 PM, or 3 - 6 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Tuesdays; in that specific order. Saturdays and Sundays are going to be the least beneficial day to post.

A suggested time to post a video on YouTube is between 6 PM and 9 PM , 3 to 6 PM, and noon to 3 PM. Fridays and Saturdays are the best days to post while Tuesdays could see less traffic.
A great opportunity to push content out on Twitter is going to be 9 AM - 12 PM, followed by 12 PM - 3 PM, then 3 PM - 6 PM. Wednesdays and Fridays are the best days to post. The least optimal times to post is between 6am and 9am in the morning.
